Central-Plateau

Established on July 2, 2001, the Plateau-Central region in Burkina Faso is anchored by its capital, Ziniaré, and comprises the provinces of Ganzourgou, Kourwéogo, and Oubritenga. With a 2019 population of 977,510, the area features a capital city of Ziniaré and includes the provinces of Ganzourgou, Kourwéogo, and Oubritenga.
