Niassa Province

Spanning 129,056 square kilometers, Niassa is Mozambique's largest and most sparsely populated province, characterized by vast untouched wilderness and a population of approximately 1.8 million. The region is defined by its extensive borders with Lake Malawi and Tanzania, home to the Niassa National Reserve and a significant Yao ethnic population.
