
Acme
Incorporated in 1910 as the first village in Kneehill County, Acme earned its name from the Canadian Pacific Railway when its station became the network's most northern stop. Known as the "Rural Recreational Capital of Alberta," this southern Alberta community sits 83 kilometers northeast of Calgary.
