Brokopondo

Located in the interior of Suriname, Brokopondo is a district covering 7,364 square kilometers with a population of 15,909. The area is defined by its namesake reservoir and includes the capital town of Brokopondo along with other settlements like Brownsweg and Kwakoegron.
