Enga

Separated from the Western Highlands at independence in 1975, Enga Province is a northern Papua New Guinea region home to approximately 571,000 people who predominantly speak the Enga language. Its administrative capital is Wabag, and the province is divided into five districts covering a total area of 11,704 square kilometers.
