Hatohobei

Tobi, also known as Hatohobei, stands as the southernmost state of Palau and the world's least populous first-level administrative subdivision, comprising Tobi Island and Helen Reef. With a population of just 25 recorded in the 2015 census, this tiny territory spans approximately 0.9 square kilometers and operates under the official languages of Palauan, English, and Tobian.
