Northland

Northland, officially the Northland Region and known in Māori as Te Tai Tokerau, serves as New Zealand's northernmost local government region with Whangārei as its seat. Recognized for its warm climate and rapid population expansion, it recorded the highest growth rate in the country during the 2018 census.
