Sainyabuli Province

Located in northwest Laos, Sainyabuli is the country's only province situated entirely west of the Mekong River, with its capital town sharing the province's name. Covering an area of 16,389 square kilometers, it is home to over 423,000 residents and holds the nation's second-highest Human Development Index rating.
