Heredia Province

Located in north-central Costa Rica, Heredia Province bridges the agricultural Northern plains and the metropolitan Central Valley while hosting significant ecological areas like Braulio Carrillo National Park. Bordered by Nicaragua to the north and Alajuela to the west, the province is anchored by its capital city of Heredia.
