Kouilou Department

Kouilou is a coastal department in the Republic of the Congo that borders Niari, Pointe-Noire, Gabon, and Angola, covering an area of 13,650 square kilometers. Since 2011, the town of Loango has served as its capital, following a previous seat in Hinda.
