Bamingui-Bangoran

Spanning 58,200 square kilometers in the northern Central African Republic, the Bamingui-Bangoran prefecture features the Bamingui-Bangoran National Park and Biosphere Reserve as its capital, Ndélé. While the 2003 census recorded a population of 43,229, recent estimates project this figure has grown to over 85,000 inhabitants by 2024.
