Dobrich

Located in northeastern Bulgaria's Southern Dobruja region, Dobrich Province is a coastal administrative unit bordered by the Black Sea to the east and Romania to the north. This province, which was part of Romania between 1913 and 1940, comprises eight municipalities and has its administrative seat in the city of Dobrich.
