Coral Sea Islands

The Coral Sea Islands Territory is an Australian external territory comprising eight small, mostly uninhabited tropical islands and reefs located in the Coral Sea northeast of Queensland. This vast expanse, covering 780,000 square kilometers, includes the only inhabited island, Willis Island, and extends east and south from the outer edge of the Great Barrier Reef.
