Lori Province

Located in northern Armenia and bordering Georgia, Lori Province features Vanadzor as its capital and serves as a cultural hub for UNESCO World Heritage sites including the Haghpat and Sanahin monasteries. Following significant damage from the 1988 earthquake, the region continues to thrive with a population of over 222,000 and a robust economy centered on agriculture, tourism, and the Stepanavan Airport.
