Formosa

Located in northeastern Argentina within the Gran Chaco Region, Formosa Province borders Paraguay, Chaco, and Salta, with its capital city sharing the same name. The province has a population of approximately 607,000 and boasts a very high Human Development Index ranking of 23rd among Argentine provinces.
