Chaco

Located in north-eastern Argentina, the Province of Chaco is the twelfth largest and eleventh most populous region in the country, bordered by Paraguay to the east. Established as a province in 1951 with its capital at Resistencia, it is distinguished as one of the few Argentine provinces to recognize multiple Indigenous languages alongside Spanish as official.
