Cuando Cubango Province

Formerly Angola's largest province by area, Cuando Cubango was renamed in 2014 after the two rivers that define its eastern and western borders. With a population of over 534,000 recorded in 2014 and Menongue as its capital, the region was administratively split into separate Cuando and Cubango provinces in September 2024.
